ride my bicycle again..

2006 was a good year for me. My attitude towards things changed, I started exercising and not with the goal to loose weight but to feel better, to gain energy, and I felt like I never did. I went to the gym, even twice a day! and then I stared going biking by a trail near by my house by myself, and i loved it. I woke up at 6 am to go biking, go for about 30 minutes or so, but I something happened and I stopped.
I want to get back on track and feel better, I need a different bike since my was to heavy to pick up and it hurt my back sometimes, so I guess I need to save up money to buy a weightless bike.
