I’ve made a pledge to give up french fries for a year as a consequence to not completing another goal on 43things. I figured that either way I would be doing something good for myself. My last fry binge was 1/01/08 at 2:00 pm at Jeffery’s diner in Santa Cruz, CA. (my favorite place to “score” fries.) So on 1/01/09 I will indulge in a plate of fries in the same locale if possible. I want to make it a once a year thing on New Year’s Day. I believe I can do this.

And I’m going to be optimistic about this goal and call it “done” just to bolster my resolve to do this.
