to do this you would have to lead a healthy lifestyle and simply eating healthy i founnd a salad that i loved and paired it with my fave chicken and had that on sum days then on others had a jaket potato with bean tuna or salad or chicken and spagetti as they are all healthy meals with fruit salad for afters and i drank 8 glasses of water one been fruit juice and one been milk of course :D hope this helps some one
