ok I’m 140 to 135ish and 5 foot 2 i want to be 100 plz helps
i lost like 20 pounds this summer by cutting out:
alcohol, fast food, ice cream and pop.
these things are so bad for you.
i also worked out by fast walking and doing pilates- especially the buns and thighs pilates dvd.
i drank a ton of water to curb cravings. there are a lot of foods i could recommend for low cal snacks if you want more advice!
