It isn’t healthy to loose large amounts of weight in one week. Most health professionals will recommend a weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more is dangerous because it means your body is in starvation mode. If you mess up or when you are done with the weight loss you will gain it back fast because your body will want to hold on to everything you give it. Keep working hard. You can do it if you set your mind to it. It’s all just a mind game. Mind over matter.
