do 500 crunches a day
I will do crunches but 500 is too much for me on top of my regular schedule 23 months ago

I work out 4-5 times a week and work 10-12 hour days with everything else, it’s too much and I don’t need to do it to maintain my physique with my regular schedule but 50-100 a day with regular exercise and a healthy diet is very good.
