Exercise at Least 5 days a week

This past week I exercised M, Tu, Wed, Th, Sat!
Was very good yesterday when it was raining I went to Y and exercised for 1 hour then stretched.

I was talking to sheila, the persoanl trainer for a good part of the time and wipped through the Arc and biking.

tomorrow I have another appointment to finish the Nautilus intro. Not looking to forward to it because it is quite boring…but only have 3 more machines to go.



Comments:

1st day Cycling / spinning class

Woof, what a class. I went to 6am class at the Y and the cycling instructor was like a wild woman. Really enjoyed it although I only did it for 3o min….could have lasted the whole 45 but had to leave for work!

Definitely something to continue at least 2 days a week.

So far this week I exercised on M, and Wed…need to keep it up…

Last week I fell off the wagon with excersising 5 days per week because I caught the flu, i think yucky….
So really need to take those vitamins and stay on top of my game… expecially be ing a mid school teacher in the mega germ factory school of 1200 students!
