- I keep buying fruit, salads and veggies
- At the beginning I tried to eat them on top of all the other things I had, but now I try to replace less healthy things and really integrate them in my daily diet
- I talk about it with colleagues and friends
- I keep a spreadsheat on what I eat to calculate the monthly average (just for the start as a success indicator; won’t do that for the rest of my life…)

Thanks for your comment!
Sorry for my late reply…
While keeping track of my spreadsheet, I lost 43things out of sight for a while.
Yes, the spreadsheet was a kind of food diary with a line for every day of the year, grouped by months. Besides that, it had five columns to enter the fruit or veggie units. Each cell had a formatting condition so that it changed colour when I entered something as a sort of visual feedback graph. I even let it calculate the average daily rate per month (yes, I sometimes am a little crazy ;-)).
Some days ago, after doing very well for two months, I got bored with the spreadsheet and gave it up… but that doesn’t stop me from eating and counting :-) The spreadsheet was very helpful for the beginning, though, so you might give it a try.
Good luck with your fruit and veggie plans!
