My whole big long ugly story
After recently achieving my goal of paying off my CC debt, I posted my whole story to my blog, along with a list of the things I did to help achieve it. http://ziggurat.org/blog/?p=1362 talks about the bottom line and the personal history part of the story, http://ziggurat.org/blog/?p=1364 talks about the lists of things that I did and wish I had done.
Saturday I called all my creditors and asked nicely for a lower APR. 3 out of 4 of them did it. If you’ve never called, maybe it’s worth a shot, if you’re still fighting to pay off debts. I wish I had done it years ago.
