I’ve been sponsoring a child for the last 2 years from Cambodia. I write letters about 3 times a year and she sends me pictures. Because of the sponsorship program, Theary gets a chance to go to school, have a school bag, put shoes on, and still have food on the table at home. Else, she has to work as a street kid or in the farm. Theary is very creative and loves to draw for me, she aims to be a teacher when she grows up. Right now she’s only about 14. If the whole world that can afford gives a little, imagine what a better world it would be for the least of these.
