I feel gratitude can be a life changing thing. A while ago, I read a book ‘Simple Abundance’ Something that the author suggested was keeping a gratitude journal; every day writing at least three things to be grateful for. It could be something as simple as ‘a good cup of coffee’. I did this for awhile. Some days my entries were real simple and some days not so simple. I think I’ve always been one to ‘look on the bright side’ of things but this was different. It taught me to look at everything and everyone differently. It even caused me at times to create or do something good to have something to write :) Although I’ve gotten away from keeping the journal (which I really want to start again) I’ve definitely kept with me the importance of gratitude and how powerful it can be:).
