This is a good goal for me. It is very difficult for me to get to bed on time during semesters. I find myself doing homework until late hours many nights, and then to wind down I mess around on my computer a little bit. Before I know it I’ve missed my bedtime, and 8AM classes and work schedules leave me no time to recoup the lost hours.
I usually end up crashing on the weekends to catch up from the week. I would love a more regular schedule, but it is tough for me to sleep when I am thinking about what I should be doing, and what I have to do the next day and week.
Hopefully I can get better at this. After 3.5 years I am used to it, but a little more sleep and regularity might help with my stress levels. I will try to get to bed at a reasonable hour!
