I was trying to avoid writing “Walked Brentwood Today today”. This is a smaller neighborhood appended to the northern part of Brentwood. JR Adams of (AdamsBilt)parcelled the land, built a few homes himself and sold lots to Anderson Homes and individual owners/smaller builders starting in 1979. This has given Brentwood Today a more eclectic look than Brentwood. It includes the traditional Brentwood split-level to a French Colonial to duplexes on the Capital Blvd. end. It was built-out around 1985. BT shares the school, park and clubs with Brentwood.
