De-clutter as if I were planning to move (read all 3 entries…)
I'm working 23 months ago

almost every day on this. I’m not making as much progress as I’d like/as I think I should, but getting that job is the first priority, and I figure every little bit helps anyway. If I do move, all those half an hour de-cluttering sessions will save me a lot of trouble, and taken together they amount to a lot of time. If I don’t move, well, then I’ll have a much nicer home, and will have done that with some motivation hard to come by any other way.

I don't think...

that I’ve ever made as much progress on any goal as I’d like/as I think I should! But it is nice when one day I look around and can see that I actually did make some progress. Good luck.

Thanks, it’s good to be reminded of that.
I’m jotting down that insanely thorough list because I want to see the progress, even if it’s on paper, and I can’t still see it in the house. My family tells me they already can feel it, though…

Check it out. You can get rid of good used items, and you get to choose to whom to give it. And they come to you and take it away.
Good luck with your goal!!

Thanks for the tip :)

a little at a time

is the only way to do it, and it’s great that you’re doing it every day! I hope you start seeing results soon!

Thanks

I still only see the results on the list, but I suspect it’s starting to make a difference :)
