I was worried about sending a message in a bottle and then leaving said bottle to ruin the environment…so I had a novel idea one day: Send a message to my future self in a bottle…and keep it in plain sight.

I labeled the bottle: Do not open unless desperate.

Keeping the bottle allows me to fill it nonstop. I add words of wisdom, quotes, and a lengthy message to myself. Best part: i’ve forgotten what I said already…so it definetly will be a surprise.
