Thanks for writing. Yes, we received your card today. It’s awesome.
As for pictures & cheers, we’re doing some behind the scenes database work right now and there may be a few hiccups with cheers and pictures while we shift things around. No data has been lost—it’s simply a re-wire of the master & slave databases that causes these intermittent issues. We expect to be done by the end of the week. Things should stabilize soon.
(I sent them a note about the red x’s and also a “happy new years” card instead of a late 43T-ers christmas card. ...did you enjoy your giant snowball in the schoolyard? : )
