4th day

im suprised imma surviving.. its been the 4th day and today ive ate less than i had for each of the other days.. no breakfast 1/2 bottle of water, mozerella sticks and like a spoonful of syrupy fruits.. and no dinner. IT’S HARD.

From everything I’ve ever read, what you are doing is very very very BAD.
You will lose weight, but not in a good way. You will weigh less because you are dehydrated, your muscles will start breaking down, etc, etc.
When you can no longer starve yourself, every bit of food you eat will be converted and held onto by your body which thinks you are starving to death. The smallest amounts of food will cause you to gain weight. This is a lose-lose situation.
I’m sure you have heard it before but you have to consume a certain amount of calories (most people agree that it is 1200 calories per day) to maintain normal functioning.
Please be kinder to your body. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meat.
Exercise a little. You will feel so much better.

Hi, I know it’s not the right way of going about to losing weight but its just something that I want to try out. I usually eat healthy but in access, so I’m trying to gain self-discipline. Thanks for the acknowledgement and your concern. I’ll be sure to keep this posted, Thank you
