write to my brother at least every two weeks (read all 2 entries…)
He's already going to be released, 23 months ago

MUCH sooner than his sentence had mandated—this Saturday! And they don’t seem to be requiring him to go through rehab.

I’m really sad. My sister-in-law is going to file for an order of protection, much needed.

He has failed, terribly, & the system seems to be failing him. For now I will be praying but not writing letters. I may pick up this goal again later, if we learn of an address for him.
