Andreya afraid of Halloween! :)
So I totally got inspired to do this after reading RDonner’s Beautiful Morning Routine…
I had thought about it before, & did some steps now & then, but nothing really consistent…
Nutrition makes a big difference. I live next to a factory & the buzzing used to drive me crazy… (started at 6 am, lasted till 10om mostly, on weekdays & some Saturdays..) Now that I eat more beans & rice (& the weather is better) the noise doesn’t bother me so much..
So 1)eat beans (Magnesium!) the day before… (not eating beans for 1 or 2 days really made a big difference…)
2) have the place orderly (this is of big help too!!)
3) make yourself smile – I will try for this one, can’t seem to promise if it’ll work or if I manage to! ;) /I’ve been usually really grumpy in the morning but I’d like to change that! – NO green tea or coffeee or such, just natural me & healthy food!! Yes, wholewheat rice, beans & sauerkraut wake me up too!!;)
To look for more healthy recipes that might be of use… (& pre-prepare food..)
NOT SURE HOW TO DO THIS: maybe have something silly & smile-worthy near the bed? But what? (A silly card or something…?)
4) do EFT/TAT in the morning & end up with an inspiring song – I actually did this a few times so far & it worked well.. If the song was inspirational/strong enough, I would hum it all the way to breakfast & later…
(Do it for max 10 or 15 minutes maybe – don’t want to do it for too long… & I could make it a routine to do TAT in the evening… – use extremely silly songs with EFT, so it will make you giggle…;)
Maybe I can make a list of songs & concerns… ‘Snowflake’ works well for environmental concerns/feeling powerless & ‘just one person’ in the world, being able to do ‘nothing’...
5) uncover at the right time – too hot >> may cause depression or such… (& yes I love my hot duvet, but some tough love may be needed!!;))
IDEALLY I’d work in some kind of stretching routine, or back exercises again… (Morning & evening… It was very good for my back… & I slept well..)
I will also write down ‘reasons not to be happy in the morning’ & brainstorm around them… (or do EFT on!) Maybe I’ll get some good ideas!!!!
