recovery is like taking one small step ahead and then going two steps back. the funny thing about the whole ‘getting over him’ concept that it’s particularly subjective to everyone. People tell me that it’ll be over in 6 months, some 2 years, some never. I honestly believe it is all up to you. dwelling on the past, like i often do will never help in the recovery process.

im still trying, but at the same time, im totally positive about my whole life as a whole. I think it helps to have perspective, faith, and a good set of friends. It does feel like it is the end of the world, but it is not so bad compared to others' misfortunes.
