I’m on week 3 this week. In the past 2 weeks I have lost 7lbs! I get one free day a week and I eat!!! I sooooooooooo look forward to Sunday… the rest of the week I’m extremely strict. 1200-1600 calorie days. I exercise 6 days a week also. 3 days weights 3 days elliptical.
This program is so wonderful!! Sure I crave throughout the week, but I keep it for Sunday, that way I can have something to look forward too!!
