By eating better, getting more exercise, taking vitamins etc. I know i need to get more specific, but this is where i lose my way sometimes. So i’m working on eating 5 times a day, rather than 1 big meal at night. I tend to park far away, and i excerise in the morning sometimes (yoga or crunches). I guess I need to add consistancy to this. I’m working on it.
I would like to be more healthy...
