Get up early 6.45 out of bed!!!
Make my bed kind of, still need to clear it off
Check calander/diary YES
Write To Do list Ongoing :(
Supplements & light breakfast No supp but toast for breaky
Fill Water Bottles yes 2L done
Exercise Gym – full routine No cardio yet though
Top up breakfast if needed fish
Put on load of washing done and hung!!!
Shower Yes
Swish ‘n Swipe No
Dress for SUCCESS Yes
Read a Non-Fiction Book and reflect on it Started reading Andrew Matthew’s Being Happy and wrote notes about it for self improvement journal. Wrote about it in create a list of 100 must-read books and read them.
and this afternoon I will write about my finacial goals “in become a millionaire” from the fianacial info from this chapter.
