Early Bird... 10 months ago

gets sleepy really early. So, I’ve been successfully waking up around 5 AM for almost 3 weeks now! It wasn’t too awful during the first week, but it was definitely painful and miserable during the second week. Fortunately, this week hasn’t been too bad. I’ve been leaving work so much earlier these days, which is allowing me to be much productive with the time that I have after work. I’ve been meeting up with friends or running errands – luxuries that I’ve been living without for awhile. At the same time, I’m trying to take care of myself by not stressing too much and trying to get more sleep. Since I find it difficult to get a lot of sleep on my work days, I try to catch up over the weekends. I feel like I’m catching up from years of sleep deprivation and insomnia. It’s hard to believe that one of my first 43T was to get more sleep or go to bed early or something like that. These days, it seems like I get sleepy so much earlier. Anyway, waking up early and being more active has helped tremendously. Also, tackling all my todos and mini-projects has reduced my stress level, which helps me get more restful sleep. I’m a long way from being a morning person… Yeah, I think I born to be a night owl. Hoo hoo
