create and follow a morning routine (read all 25 entries…)
I don't know why this is so difficult for me???

Maybe it has something to do with the self sabotage? See new goal here. I think it does. Everytime I have a great day and feel awesome, I follow it up with a do nothing day. In this case Thurs was so successful that I followed it with TWO unproductive days (in terms of morning routine- I am proud of my 43t musings today. I have really looked at my behaviour and identified things!)

I KNOW that life runs smoother when I do this, I really want it to become habit.Often I end up doing some of these things in the afternoon rather than when I wake up. I need to jump out of bed and look straight at my wall for my routine!!!
