I’ve made it through the fifth day, this time I had no food whatsoever except for a bottle of water. It’s time for bed.

Girl.. I commend you for your goal… and trust me I know how it is to wanna lose weight.. but your doing it all the wrong way. The quickest way to lose weight is to eat. especailly breakfast.. your metabolism slows down if you don’t eat on the regular because it thinks its staving and instaed of losing wieght your body stores the fat of your food… it doesnt know when you’ll eat again. I found that if you eat like 5 small meal throughout the day (not after say 7pm or so), exercise regularly (3 times maybe a week)... and drink lots of water to flush out you system you’ll do better justice to yourself then not eating at all… girl keep the faith losing weight is hard and I know because my battle has not been won yet either… but stay strong and eat… its important… good luck

Not good for you because you need to lose weight the proper way. Set a goal of caloric reduction for yourself and stick with it. You also need to drink lots of water, and you aren’t drinking enough. If you keep this up it may cause problems.
