this is really hard for me, as i work overnights in a grocery store and they open up the cash for us at break times…my “mornings” are so much sweeter when i can sleep later and grab some money on the way out the door! this week though, it begins; i will be the sandwich making queen and bring lunch (and snacks, and most of my beverages for the day) all 4 days. once i’m in the habit, it should be easy, right? even if i do have to get up earlier…

Or, if you could do it before you go to bed?
When I’m being real organized, I do set up after I clean up the kitchen at night, get up at 4 and do some precooking/set up and then finish up the cooking around 5. I makes getting long cooking food easier and it doesn’t take all the time in one block.
If you have a crockpot, you could set it up before you go to bed, then the food would be ready when you got up, so you could sleep in maybe?
