5am – 8am sleep: felt great afterwards; washed clothes; shopped for grocery; studied
12:15pm-12:45pm nap: felt refreshed afterwards; didn’t find it hard to get up; went to concert this afternoon; didn’t fall into sleep during the concert
5pm nap skipped b’c dinner with friends
9:30pm-10pm nap: catch up for the missing of 5pm nap; felt tired after i woke up; recovered in a couple hours

Keep it up! Hopefully I’ll be joining the polyphasic force at the end of the month.
