I’ve been unhappy with my weight for a while now. I always say I’m going to try to lose weight and then I end up gaining more. I think the problem is I just don’t stay motivated so I’m hoping writing on here will help.
Initial Weight: 160lbs
Goal 1 (March 30): 150lbs
Goal 2 (May 30): 140lbs
Goal 3 (Sep 30): 130lbs
Any advice on how I can stay motivated? I know that rewarding myself is good but big rewards when I reach a goal don’t really work for me.
