so after numerous discussions with my mother, i think what i’m going to end up doing is take a semester or more off from school next year and spend a prolonged period of time in new zealand, australia, fiji, hawaii, and who knows where else. that way i can fine tune my itinerary and i won’t be limited by time or season.
