I read about this diet where you eat every other day (water every day) and it’s supposed to be healthy. On the days you eat, you are supposed to eat normal to twice as much as usual.
It is the only diet that has worked for me consistently. I lost about 2 pounds per week. This way I got to practice self-restraint and still be able to think straight in school. You should consider trying it. When you go off the diet, if you eat normally your body hasn’t been starved so it doesn’t hold onto the food.
Just think about it.
