This is such an important thing to me, i haven’t been doing it enough at ALL since the summer. i can’t seem to get into a solid routine and my life is gradually falling apart because of it. i want my faith to be at the centre of my life.

I do by no means regard my faith a “dusty old superstition”. In the past I have gone down the route of putting myself at the centre of my life and I found absolutely no fulfilment, in fact, the exact opposite.
Right now I am neither confused, unfulfilled or unhappy, my faith still exists and is very important to me, I just need to learn to rely on it more.

Dont give up!

God’s Word is here for you. I can’t tell you how many times the Bible has helped me and my friends out in this life. Acually, just two days ago, I was reading Proverbs 25 and got totally into it and texted two of my other christian friends to check it out and tell me what they got out of it. The funny thing though, was that I told them to read Psalm 25, not Proverbs! My bad right? Yes but It actually turned out that the Psalms that my friend had read(which she wasnt suposed to) talked about exactly what she was going through in her life and it really helped her clear some things up and reasure her! Such a God thing! Well, I tell you this because I want to encourage you and remind you that that God does great things for us through his gift(his Word)! And I dont want you to miss out on it! I am praying for you. And I am not just saying that I will pray for you, I just wrote it in my journal to do it.

thank you so much for the prayers and words of encouragement! i complied this list so long ago i’d forgotten about it! my life with God has been going much better over the past few months; i’ve realised the importance of meeting with God everyday- Christian life just doesn’t function without that daily recharging of the spiritual batteries, and relying on God entirely to provide strength for that dedication!
That’s so cool about your friend and Psalms; Praise God! Hope everything is going good with you and i thank God for your faith and compassion!
