i’m trying to get my fives a day. i buy smoothies from the super.
i glass of smoothie everyda = 1 portion
salad : 2nd
at least a fruit : 3rd
at least 2veggies : 4tt, n 5th
it’s going great up to now.
i’m also eating stuff like oily fish and kimchi and ive cut down on fries,etc..
i have to say that i feel loads healthier
