Progress Update?
I can feel your frustration. Back in September I made a goal for myself to drop 10 pounds a month each month for the rest of the year. I did well at first but have struggled due to the holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). In the end, I’ll have only maintained around 15 pounds drop. Still, that’s better than nothing.
I see you eat because you’re bored. Have you considered chewing gum instead of eating? Anything you can do to reduce the calories in will help you start to lose the weight.

that sounds like an intimidatingly ambitious goal!
How about 1-2 pounds per week? and even better, take your eating and exercise habits one day at a time?
Sounds corny, perhaps, but attitude is everything.
Oh, and by the way, you do not suck. You’re just human – or a monkey, not clear ;-)
