I started this project by sending a letter to friends and family asking for their favorite recipes. I’ve gotten lots back, so now I have to organize them. I have a friend who has done this before and who is going to help me, so that will be fun. The best part is – I’ll have a great Christmas gift to give out this year!

My name is Sunshine. I currently work for a non-profit in FL called CHOICE (Citizens for Healthier Options In Children’s Education: Our mission is to get more plant-based options into schools across the nation).
We are working on putting together a small, intimate recipe book for our members (& possibly a fundraising tool).
I can assume some of the steps involved with creating the actual book but I stumbled across this site & was wondering if you could give me some pointers so I don’t have to re-invent the wheel.
