I first did karaoke at a friends 18th birthday party. Needless to say alcohol was involved. The next week I was in my local pub and they had a karaoke night so I thought what the hey! No alcohol was involved this night and I tried my hand at Eye Of The Tiger. Although I thought I sounded like a Hedgehog trying to get off the motorway, other people said I sounded good. My 18th passed a week later so I tried once more and again I sounded like a squirrel being seperated from his nuts. How can people think i sound good. I thought to myself I need to hear me for myself. I went on the internet and found a couple of MIDI files, and lrics for songs too. I used a microphone and recorded myself singing to them. Then i thought that I enjoyed singing at home and practiced a couple of web pages. Then low and behold my first real website was born! I’m not gonna advertise it, but if you type Studios after my surname into google you should find it.
Karaoke has changed my life forever, and everyone should do it.

Oh yeah, hearing myself on the recording…...I still sound like a cat having a bath in Acid!
