know how

in bed, get rid of pillows and dont lie on your side, but only on your back. learn to breathe deeply and let you torso freely flex as you do so. dont know if it works but it certainly makes me feel more confident when i’m lying down. try it. also, try thinking about it. a dancerkeeps their shoulders back but down and their neck straight. LOOK PROUD. BE PROUD OF YOU.
