A few years ago we travelled around Europe for two months with just a backpack, rail pass, and the PowerBook. One of the best experiences of my life, and I look forward to doing it again.

I like the purpose of this goal

I find nothing more troubling than traveling without an agenda. I like the looseness of travel, but no plan makes me an unhappy man. That’s why having the goal of visiting major art galleries is so appealing. What a great way to frame a trip.
