I’ve just agreed to do a half triathlon with my brother next year in May. He’s done one before, but its new territory for me…bit scary but I reckon with enough training I should be able to do it. At the momement I’m running 2km to the gym and then either going on the bike for 10km and then swimming for 500m or I’m doing some weights and then running back from the gym. Its a good start, and I’ve got plenty of time…
