Short-term goals for this

- Continue my food plan (I do this for a week or two at a time – it’s more for budgeting purposes, though – but looking at the overall view also let ms know if I’m getting adequate fiber/protein/etc)
- Walk more if I can and avoid the bus (good because I can exercise more and also because I hate taking the bus…I don’t mind it but I prefer not to take it if possible…and then I get to save bus fare!)
- Do not drink soda – buy only juices or drink water
- Avoid fast food (Subway is allowable) – I actually do this already but I’m just reiterating it :)
- Get adequate sleep!! At least 7 hours a night.
- Learn to let things go – what will be will be.
- Smile more. Laugh more.
- Sit in the parks more often or go for more relaxing walks…it’s good to get fresh air and avoid solitude for too long.
- Floss my teeth every day.
- Use my mouthwash twice a day instead of just once.
