Treat my body like a temple (read all 14 entries…)
Short-term goals for this 22 months ago
  • Continue my food plan (I do this for a week or two at a time – it’s more for budgeting purposes, though – but looking at the overall view also let ms know if I’m getting adequate fiber/protein/etc)
  • Walk more if I can and avoid the bus (good because I can exercise more and also because I hate taking the bus…I don’t mind it but I prefer not to take it if possible…and then I get to save bus fare!)
  • Do not drink soda – buy only juices or drink water
  • Avoid fast food (Subway is allowable) – I actually do this already but I’m just reiterating it :)
  • Get adequate sleep!! At least 7 hours a night.
  • Learn to let things go – what will be will be.
  • Smile more. Laugh more.
  • Sit in the parks more often or go for more relaxing walks…it’s good to get fresh air and avoid solitude for too long.
  • Floss my teeth every day.
  • Use my mouthwash twice a day instead of just once.
