i’ve done enough Tai Chi to know it’s phenomenal and not enough to be anywhwere near competent. I’d recommend to absolutely anyone on the proviso that you MUST find a teacher who’s coming from the right intention and who knows his/her stuff. Also it’s fun to do it with friends if you can – especially push-hands.
