Skinnier, Healthier Me
I want to slim my waist down to 28” not only to fit my clothes better and look physically better but because I know that I’ll be healthier by going through the process. I love junk food and sweet things and it’s a hard addiction to quit. I keep telling myself starting tomorrow I’ll start my regimen and now I’ve developed a mini pot belly. For real, I’m going to start tomorrow and start eating healthier and exercising – taking sweet things in moderation so that in the future I’ll be able to eat what i want without gaining weight!
