Do at least one hundred abdominals every day for a week. (read all 26 entries…)
Starting again today, this time I'm writing them down

I’ll get a little book which will be just for abs.

I’ll do them not only in my house, but on the porch. I’m going to start to go public with this, in an effort to both get myself committed, and to urge others to get in shape too.
