it was a blessing in disguise – all those backstabbing idiots, office politics… if i had stuck around, i’d still be in the same position.
my move was right on time. i got a higher position plus the people belong to a better demographic.
how long did it take you to get a new job? i need to get out of my current work place so i can’t wait to be where you are now.
hi! about 2 months tops. i sent out my resume to different companies. in as short as 3 days i started getting phone calls. interviews lasted a month. after signing the contract with the company i chose, i still worked for my old company for a month – legal stuff (had to turn over my work to someone else, etc).
