going to make healthy substitutes! 21 months ago

i havent been bad this week, ive been focusing on eating well and exercising, and i have found that i havent eaten much that wasnt vegan (only tuna, and a little skimmed milk). i bought rice milk- yum – for everything but tea/coffee, hummus instead of cheese, and pure soya butter instead of regular. i even decided to change the sweets i eat! organic gummy bears! :)

Wow, I’ve been thinking about going vegan for awhile now, but I don’t have the discipline (or the money) to do it right now. It seems as though you are doing great, though! It’s really hard to find vegan foods, and only eating a few that aren’t made for vegan lifestylye is wonderful! I don’t know how I would do with resisting the tempations. Well, that is so neat that there are organic gummy bears available! We have a store about thirty minutes away from here that is especially for the vegan and organic lifestyle, but they don’t have many sweet foods, just a few chocolate bars that taste a tad bit like dirt.
