Twenty-three down 21 months ago

Sunday is official weigh-in day. I usually weigh every day even though “they” say you’re not supposed to. But Sunday will be the real results day.

Today, I’m twenty-three down from when I started this goal. Twenty to go.

I’m 7 down from when I started dieting again last Sunday.

(ps – I believe in weighing every day. “Their” arguments are silly—there’s a lot of noise in the data, so I should take fewer samples? Huh?)

I hope the stairs are doing you good in building muscles which can burn calories…

Being at home, it’s not as easy to get 16 stairs climbed per day like I do when I am working on the 8th floor… But today, I probably came close.

Anyway, now’s probably not a good time (for me) to say I’m probably down 1 or 2 pounds ever since I started exercising almost two years ago… And while I don’t accept the argument “I don’t need to” (because I really do), I know I have slimmed off some of the excess weight even though the scale only says 1 or 2 pounds. And I am optimistic that this year will be a good year as I’ve learned I need to up my frequency of exercising to 4x weekly. (But have been slow to get back to that frequency ever since end of November…)
