Definitely worth doing, I haven’t smoked for about a year now!
The smoking ban has definitely helped.
Feel so much better and no smoking wrinkles!

Yeah go girl! Thats really good, apparently if you get past 3 mths then its really out of your system.
Its no smoking day today as well, not sure where you live but the NHS is giving out free nicotine patches today if its of any interest.
Its taken me a couple of times to give up but this time I feel really free of it.
Keep it up!
