Watch your calorie intake – even if its a mental tally during the day. If you have a big 1000 calorie bag of reese pieces – that’s pretty much your meal for the day
Weigh yourself daily – you will have ups and downs but keep track of your average over the week
Allow yourself treats still..otherwise you’ll binge
