I now have the ranch which has a 25×30 3-sided cattle shed. The water and power are run to the shed. There is fencing all around the 40 acres as well as corrals & gates around the shed.

Next step I think is to get the hay, salt/minerals, squeeze chute/head gate and build a loading ramp.
