my weight has gotten up to the highest number i’ve ever seen on the scale and it’s really depressing :( i look back at how big i was in high school and i laugh at myself because i thought i was fat! if i could even get back to the size i was then, i would be happy. i’d like to be smaller than that, but the reality is i looked a lot better then than i do now. last time i looked at the scale, i was approaching 180. i can’t believe i’ve let myself slide this much… so i need to lose at least 40 pounds to get back to the size i was in high school. but eventually, i’d like to get down to 130. i think that would be the ideal weight for me. and as soon as i start my new job, i’m getting a membership at the Y so i can start my exercise routine.

Why wait?
A gym membership will help, but why wait. Just go for a walk. I hope your neighbor hood is safe for this. It’s a good way to start, and it’s free.
